THE CHRISTMAS OF JUANITO
LAGUNA
Lyrics and Music: M. J.
Castilla - C. Leguizamón
Free translation.
The Christmas
that I sing to you
does not have light
it goes blackening on the night
of Juan Laguna.
On the table
a sweet bread
a Christmas tree
some toys playing
his little brothers.
Chorus:
Juanito of the innocence
sings in sleeping Laguna
that way inside the dream
pass by crying the moon.
It goes
sinking in the eyes
long the way
so distracted he stays
with his destiny.
It is
loosening bells
the Christmas eve
and in the Christmas tree sing
the woods.
